There is no stop to the fun that can be had out at Augusta Ranch Golf Club. 2) 100 Hole Marathon- Augusta Ranch has been supporting 100 Hole Golf Marathon's for several years. Much like the walks for cancer, the 100 Hole Golf Marathon has participants and sponsors. The participant makes a commitment and then asks for support from their warm market, better known as friends, relatives, business associates and coworkers. 3) ABC Scramble- ABC Scramble is a summer event hosted every Wednesday evening from mid-April through mid-September. The ABC Scramble is a Skins Game with a season ending event in September. 4) Short Course Classic- Augusta Ranch Short Course Classic Started in 2012, Arizona Short Course Classic has now become an annual event at Augusta Ranch Golf Club. The Short Course Classic promotes the philosophy of all golfers of any skill level competing. Making the tournament extra special is juniors competing with amateur adults for a "grand" prize; a "Green Blazer", prize fund and trophy. 5) Folds of Honor- Augusta Ranch has been proud to host an annual golf tournament honoring our veterans. The price for seeing the Movie and the lights is a donation to a local charity (and even that is not required). I have been playing Augusta Ranch since its opening. The things that made it a good golf course then make it a great golf course now. It does not feel like a "small" course with its wide fairways and ample distance from the surrounding homes. The course is always in good condition, the greens in reasonable speed, and I have never had a bad lie in the fairways. The addition of the "Vue" makes this a class leader! August Ranch Golf Course is a perfect place to play and/or practice, and a great place to hang out. It would be a huge loss for our community if it were to ever close down. - Mike C
